Shipping and Processing

All our products are hand-poured right in our factory in Concord, so it may take us a few days to get your products out the door! Please be prepared to wait up to 3-5 days after placing your order to recieve a shipping notification.

We ship using FedEx as our carrier, and you will see a variety of shipping costs and options available at checkout. Please note that shipping times should be calculated beginning after the 3-5 day processing period. For example, if you place an order and select overnight shipping, it will arrive in 4-6 days.

Once your order is in transit, it is no longer in our hands. If there is a shipping delay or delivery error, please reach out to Fedex for a resolution before contacting us. We have no control over delivery circumstances, and will not have access to any more information than you can see on your own tracking page. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

We ship in plain or Fedex branded boxes for a discreet product delivery experience. Your secret’s safe with us 😉
