Returns and Refunds

When your package arrives, your products will be enclosed in sealed plastic tubing. Please take a moment to inspect your product before you open that plastic. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately. If you are sent the wrong product or the product has a defect that makes it unusable, you may return it if it is still in the sealed plastic.

Due to the nature of our products and to protect the safety and hygiene of our staff, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than a mistake on the part of Stealth Sensations. Regardless of reason, we cannot under any circumstances accept a return for a product if the plastic packaging has been opened.

To start your return for a defective or mistake order, please complete the following form. One of our team members will reach out to you after your form is recieved to request photographs and discuss next steps.
