Location
We have crafted a fun, safe, well-lit space where you can come and not only make a toy but enjoy the comadarie of fellow makers while we build community.
Experience
Before you arrive we will have your workspace set up and ready to go. Our event leader will walk you though the steps and answer all of your questions. And we might even have a few surprises for you. Its like fun….and crafting and science all rolled into one! Please note, we do provide nice, big aprons but consider wearing clothes that are not your Sunday best.
Duration
The entire expience is about 2 hours long. Just recently, at the end of the event someone said, “Two hours, it felt like one hour. Time flies when you’re having fun.” And we find that people like to linger a little at the end. Toward the end of the event will will take your toy, still curing in the mold, put your name on it and set it aside to cure. About two days later it will be available for pickup or shipping.
Customization
You have the choice to make a single color already mixed, mix your own special color, use two colors poured separately and we have glitter! You also have the opportunity to choose to make a softer or firmer toy. We have some special, fun medallions available for those who want them. When your toy is poured and you are looking at the top of the full mold, you have a chance to make a cool design. We have seen these vary from something as simple as someone’s initials to elaborate flowers.
Price
The price for the beginner event is $149. That covers everything to make your toy as well as some snacks and drinks. But if you want us to ship the toy to you, that will be a small, additional cost. If you choose to pick up the part, of course then there is no shipping charge.
Group options
We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. You can book all 8 spots, if available, or any other number up to 8. This is a great way to build memories with friends.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to enjoy the Stealth DIY Experience. Disabled parking is available, and if you have any accessibility needs, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate you and make your experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Pickup
Your toy will be ready 2 days after the event. You are welcome to come between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. those are the hours that our workshop is open.
FAQ
Will Alcohol be served? If not, can I bring my own?
Unfortunately Stealth Sensations does not have a liquor license and, due to California State Law, that prohibits us from serving alcohol or even allowing participants to bring their own.
I have never made anything, am I going to be able to do this?
Absolutely, this is your personal project and will be a reflection of you. There is no one, right way. Art is art and this will be your art.
What is the environment like there with people that I don't know, will I be safe?
Yes. Stealth is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive space for everyone. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and our team is there to help make sure you feel comfortable and safe throughout the experience.
